What is SLAMKit

SLAMKit is a software licensing product developed by SLAMTEC Inc. It is the first com- mercial solution designed for the robotics industry that can independently provide mapping and localization functionality. And the robotic applications can be deployed rapidly due to its industry-leading scalability and stability. SLAMKit can embedded run in a robot controller through software licensing, enabling the robot to map and self-localize in its operational sce- nario. Customers can build their high level applications easily through standardized software interfaces.

As shown in the diagram below, SLAMKit consists of three components: RPLidar, license card, and licensed slamware.
